Is this Singer $925,000 better than my car? I doubt it.

Interested to see what happens here. I inquired about a Singer three or four years ago and was quoted $300-350k. Anybody know how many cars Singer has completed and delivered in its history?

I dunno, I'm just learning about singer these days, more and more. I think each car is very different and completely a one off, based on customer preference. I know someone who is just in final stages of doing one. It's a completely different kettle of fish compared to your car. It's only for people who have money to spend, not someone like me!

Not necessarily. I think it varies on the order. I could be a lot less depending. I'm just saying...

800K to a million is just insane. I do like the interior though.

Interested to see where it ends up. Would be surprised if it hits $800k but you never know at these auctions.

Better is a subjective term. Your car is built to your taste, Singer's are built to the original buyers tastes. I have only seen one Singer in the flesh and the owner paid around $600k for it, so its not $925 more than your car.

“ It produces about 390hp, but the car’s total weight—with all fluids, full tank of gas, and driver— is less than 3000lbs.”
Yea; same as any slightly modified 930. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

So cool, here's an ad for this Singer when it was a used 964 TIPTRONIC coupe. So it has had a gender change as part of its reincarnation. lol.

Many with large amounts of money have no patience for waiting for something they want. I suspect we'll see the results of that type of motivation.

Singer
Save yourself 75% and build your own . You can have just as good of a 911 and a lot more beer money left over not to mention a car that you will probably enjoy more.

That’s funny. You can’t build your own Singer, only Singer can do that. You can do your best to build an imposter, but it’ll never be anywhere close to the real deal no matter how much beer money you choose to have left over.

Personally I would rather have Rudy, 911 Design, and Rothsport build me a Gunterwerks 993 instead. Only $100-200k less than a Singer but way more my style.
