Just another note and this is also close to home. My college friend in OC CA was up at a relatives property in Oregon, or I think it was or Washington. I think Oregon. The adjacent property belonged to Segal. We are talking like ranch sized properties. The sh-t I heard from him about how Segal was trying to strong arm them out of their land was unbelievable. I don't remember the details, but it didn't sound honest at all. I still like his movies and I'll watch them anytime, yet I think Van Dam is a better example to follow. On the other hand, I don't want to judge him. These are things I've heard 2nd or 3rd hand. Only God can judge, if we do it we might be judged. If I do it Segal might send a Russian crew to take me out right here in Japan, or some Yakuza buddies of his. Just for the record, I like his movies! |

I don't get it why people do this kind of stuff. I feel like Paranoid People do all these.

Would love to know more about that Adam 7 Mustang! By color it looks like a Shelby 350 Hertz. I brought one back to the States about 16 years ago. It wasn't genuine even though it looked the part. As much as I researched that car at the time, I learned just about everything to know about a Shelby Hertz.1966. 1500 made I believe or there about. |

I found a guy in So. Dakota with a museum of abput 200 Shelbys of all types. Never went there but he talked me through it on the phone many times from Japan. The numbers under the front fenders had been ground out. They missed one behind the hood lhinge which when I found it we learned it was a 65'fastback, built in LA and with a six cylinder motor. Moreover, the engine bay badge which looked authentic should have said SHELBY AMERICAN. It read SHELBY AMERICA. In the end I paid 3.5K for it, sent it back in a 40footer with 17 Jap engines and a few front clips. Sold it later for 8k plus a bonus windsor 351 I got with it. It paid for most of the container. If I'd of kept it for a few years I could have done well. During the muscle car boom one would pay 20k plus for any mustang in 20 boxes! |

The rules at DMV sort of say you have to surrender a personal plate, but I told Darrell I want that plate!! When we went to the DMV local, we get this girl who was a grade younger than me in Highschool. Moreover, you know how government employees behave by culture -- they just snub you even if you knew them earlier in life. Gerry was fat like a well fed cow, always was like her mother or aunts. She might have been fatter than a Yorkshire hog, but its a toss up. She was bustin our balls to transfer the plate over to me on a direct title/rego changeover. Now Darrell, local Italian American is the funniest guy you'd ever want to meet. So Darrell said, with his most honest face -- Gerry, you look very beautiful today! She forthright immediately stamped the docs. and then said -- Darrell, Get the Hell out of Here! |

But I get it. Those cars are what they are...mid 60's technology. You've got a pretty full stable and some fun cars already. Still, fastback Mustangs are just cool. |
My license plate is too KOOL to ever block out!

Go to your local dmv site, they have a section where you type in a plate to see if there are any over due tolls or fines..AND it asks you to verify your name. Ie, it shows you the name... And it’s free... My wife found this accidentally... |
