Just trying to figure out a good price for a set of clean 964 cams.

I think i paid $500 for a set from web with the power steering nub ground off. Transforms the 3.0 motor.

Ok, plot twist... these appear to be a Web regrind...
Under all the shipping info on the box, the box is from Web Cams. I also dug up the parts list that came with the project car and it lists “964 Race cams”... So now the next question is, how do I figure out what I’ve got!? I measured the lobes and got: 1.548 and 1.263 And 1.553 and 1.263 I must be measuring this wrong though, cause no way are they 0.315/0.29 lift? That’s lower than a factory 964... Any help? Might have to move this to the technical thread... |

Yeah, I think those measurements are supposed to be .307 each and factoring in a 1.45 rocker ratio that would be 0.445 lift for intake and exhaust. This would be Web grind number 233.
