What do you think is going to happen to new and used Porsche prices over the next yea

Seems like a decrease in demand and tightening of credit may coincide with a potential halt or delay in production of new vehicles, and parts needed to make new vehicles. For Porsches I'm guessing the production-side problems may be more pronounced than the consumer-side problems.

Just speculating. Interesting to hear you opinions, whether entirely speculative or deeply informed.https://19216811.cam https://xender.vip https://testmyspeed.onl

The Last GOP steal off of 08 .. I got a rather large collection of early Porsche's

I Sold almost everything for top dollar once MAGA douchebag took over.. (cause we knew this was going to happen again)

I do think its gonna be much worst this time around. with the sicknesses now and the GOP steal off happening all at the same time now.. goonna get really bad

My guesses are Twin turbos for 15K ,MFI cars for 10K , Gt3 for under 20.
time to stock up in the next few yrs
And New Porsche.... Fugetaboutit

GT3's for under $20k. That would be amazing.
I don't think your totally wrong, but it will be more like $20k in 2008 dollars. After the trillions upon trillions pumped into the market that $20k is probably more like $40k today. And $60k in another 4 after we throw another few trillion around.

If you dare suggest that 911 prices can go down, you will be run off this forum by a mob with pitchforks.
Repeat after me, "Air cooled prices only go up. They aren't making any more visceral. Buy now or forever be priced out."

I swear to God this guy sounds EXACTLY like PML back in the day. Remember the "Chicken Little" theory?

Come to think of it, once PML faded away we got this guy about the same time. I wonder....

The Boat and RV markets last time were ridiculous. 100k boats being auctioned off for $25k. Guys that built big off shore performance boats with home mortgages selling them for pennies on the dollar. The bigger the price tag pre-crash the bigger the discount.
I wouldn't mind a nice diesel pusher RV for $25k.

I predict that prices will change, and that we will all die. (Eventually).

That started here the moment the Saudis and Moscow started mucking about in the oil market. So many oilfield workers here who think they are a baller because the money is rolling in. 0% APR on a boat or RV means nothing if you can’t make the $500/mo payment when they close your field down. Wyoming and the Dakotas are the same. The inter mountain west is a great place to buy toys right now.

I don't expect to sell a car again until August at the earliest, which sucks because my yard is full! Where will prices be, who knows, we are in uncharted territory. The only difference between now and crashes 100 years ago, we have better mechanisms to re-start the economy, but we still have to restart the economy, no easy task.

I'm just hoping that 993 GT2 Evo prices fall hard and fast (aka - like pNutz's mode of self pleasure! )!

I already had a vulture offer me 15K for my 75 911 I have advertised for 35K. People are trying. Too soon, like the census.

I think that's the the only guys buying right now, only because they don't know what else to do, the complete low ballers. They keep sending me cars, and I just ask them to watch the news, learn something about the world.

I know most guys in the business are like me right now, a yard full of cars, so not apt to buy more at this time, not knowing what the future will bring.

Just had someone come looking for a deal on 6 LSDs. He totally thought he’d get the hook up. I could tell he was a bit surprised when I told him 8-10 weeks with 50% down. Suddenly he needed to think about it. Silly bottom feeders. They mostly get chum.

I think we got to wait and see what kind of world we might be in six months from now.
Bottom feeders.

Are you seriously with the fear mongering ?
Of the more than 327 million people that live in the US 53,000 have contracted the virus. Out of those 53k there have been 687 deaths.
Is it a global pandemic? Yes. Will more people contract the virus? Absolutely.
Will we all die or be dragging oxygen tanks around ? Of course not.
Complete irrational fear mongering with no basis in fact, reason or reality.

Those numbers are not accurate given the limited testing. Here is Albany, NY they have shut down the three testing sites due to shortage of tests. The Italian Government is now saying that 10 times the people that tested positive have contracted the virus. So given those numbers here we are approaching half a million and it's climbing. This isn't fear mongering, it's reality, and people need to stop minimizing this pandemic.

That 53,000 number is 20% higher than yesterday. It will double before the weekend. Anyone citing current US numbers as an example of how it's not gonna be bad is just whistling in the dark.
