I'm here BEESH (es) !

But I did lose my baby of 16 years, Jasmine, my beautiful pound adopted Stafforshire Terrier. She was my best friend and there every minute since my girls were born. My 7 year old is the most torn up. She passed away at our home last week.

Anyway, all dogs, especially Jas, go to heaven.

Hey Matt!

I always loved terriers, especially some breeds of them that have those jerky movements. Always wanted one. Are ya gonna get another? My condolences! My only dog ever was taken out and shot by my ol' man when I was about 9. Sam was quarter everything -- Blood hound, Blue tick, Red bone and Black and Tan, born of a kennel of hunting dogs out of Lovelock NV. His mother had a big chunk of her ear taken out by a mountain lion.

I cried for three weeks after that, and it was only ten years later my parents told me they shot him. At the time they said he died of a seizure. Problem was he barked/bayed and people would call up at odd hours of the night telling us to shut the dog up. Dad used to go out and beat him at night when someone would walk down the alley and he'd just go off and never stop. He used to get out occasionally and I'd have to chase him around town. Once I saw him chase a cat into the screen door of my (strict) sixth grade teacher's house Mrs. Minor. Sam went right through the screen door and you could hear the inside of the house being destroyed. I just ran home. Another time he came home after 3 days, scratching on the front door. When we opened up he had half a pig's head in his mouth.

I'm still under water with job online teaching and so I will remain underground. Occasionally I have a look and see what I'm missing on the MP Forum. It's my only leisure apart from a few glasses of wine in the evening. No holidays much, but I'm just starting to be able to sneak out to the mountains on a weekend.

My goal this year is to get the RUF engine home from the UK. Soon we will begin the overhaul, but the builder gave me til the end of the year to knock it out due to the Corona crisis. We haven't even stripped it down yet, but most likely it will be complete/split case overhaul @ rough 10K GBP estimate. Richard Chamberlain at CTR Developments will be doing the work. Last week I sold one of my alloy rear deck lids here for 2.6 K and then the government is giving everyone in Japan about 1 K. My wife and daughter are donating their's to my motor, so all up we're nearing half the rebuild money without touching the daughter's college money. Putting up another alloy deck lid this week for sale too.

I'll keep watching from afar and missing you'z guys and gals. By the end of July I'll be off for a good while again, and hopefully by fall term there will be face to face classrooms again -- and wouldn't that be nice?!

Thanks Bernz and Posse!

We miss our “ole lady”....my daughter told my wife it was the first time she ever saw her daddy “sniffling”...I told my daughter I was straight up crying and that’s ok (even for a bad ass military vet)..

So a whole family of animal abusers. Nice. Did god tell you to do it?

Jesus. Thanks for confirmation that hiding this guy was a good idea. Hopefully he doesn't beat his kid too

Yeah, after he beat the cat with a UTI for peeing on the floor I was done. Hopefully someday an orderly will beat him when he starts crapping his own pants at the old people's Home.

I'm not talking about Bernz here, but Alan's and M2's posts got me thinking; many people, particularly males, beat their animals (including very large ones, such as horses), and personally, I've never hit or kicked an animal, nor even thought I wanted to - if I did, I would feel like the most miserable douchebag on the planet, but I guess many folks don't see it that way.

i had to take my cat of 17 years with a clear Ziploc bag in my hallway at 3 in the morning on my knees in cat excrament while it convulsed and gasped for air. a vet had told me he had a few months and gave me some pills so he'd be comfortable for a couple weeks while I got his affairs in order.

3 months turned into tonight at 3AM and i was not driving that cat across town in our current conditions. i slipped a bag over my dying cat's head and held him tight as he expired. buried him the next day in our yard and still have nightmares about. littles the cat has forgiven me long since, but im still troubled.

prolly 10 people know this story.... so, don't tell you mom seanie-targa

I’ve had to euthanize two pets in the last year my 12yo dog and my 14 yo cat. They both had terminal cancer and were in great pain. We called an in home service at dawn both times. I held them both in my arms, stroked their heads and looked them in the eyes as the vet tech gave them the lethal injection. Single hardest thing I’ve ever done.

Men hit their children too. I was spanked but never beaten. I’ve never raised a hand to my children. Violence begets violence. Someone has to break the cycle. I’ve stepped between a wife beater and his wife and sent his arse to jail. If Bernie was in the States and I knew his address I would have reported him for animal cruelty. What he did is a felony in many states. And it should be.

Where the Phuuk is Dr. Phatt???

That sucks Matt. I cried for days when I lost Harley. My mom would never let me have a dog. So a month after I moved out I got Harley.
He lived for 13 years and I had to put him down. I took him everywhere with me. I still have a little shrine I made with pictures and collar in my garage.
The leather collar smelled like him for several years.
Not gonna lie, I used to smell it when I missed him. Weird; I know...

Not weird at all. Our shrines have locks of hair in them with their collars, ashes and pictures. We have a hole wall of pets in our dining room.

Just found out in the last hour my aunt died tonight. She’s the first of my Father’s siblings to pass. I’m gonnahave to ring him in the morning.

Some of you guys make me want to cry! Others make me want to puke! Pets come and go in life. Get over it! Build shrines whatever, but get the f-ck over it and get another one.

Getting gang banged by Alan A and MM at the same time was just splendid! I never knew it could be so good! Don't you fools know that humans train animals and animals love to be trained? You take beating out of context. A spanking, or rubbing a dogs/cats nose in the poop is a felony?

I always wondered what the A in Alan meant. Now I'm sure -- amatuer woodsman or anything with an A before. My favorite would be ass wipe, but use your imagination. Kiss my ass Alan 15 times over, and don't forget to take a sniff.

MM is the biggest Rep builder I've ever seen. That is Reputation building, a silly game we used to play in HS. It was fun to play, and so true to human behavior. You got to make points to build the rep, and anyone is always losing or gaining points daily. In a small town it makes sense and did. Not to labor it, but Matt 2 is painting me as a felon, a drunk and pushing bestiality and homosexuality. This is completely false. I see your bull**** Matt. Do you need the snoop dog burn again to see it?

Life is delicate. Wonder where you are, for life is that delicate. You started this spat, you can end it without getting aggressive.

The A isn't animal abuser, that's for sure.
And I wouldn't kiss your ass with a sledgehammer - you aren't worth the effort it would take to swing it.
