Will 964 C2 Manuals go up like the 930?
I seen a discussion on the board about 5,000 Porsche 964 C2 Coupe manuals shift were made from 1989 - 1994
So are not 930 Turbos from 1975-79 and 1986-89 era, build more or less, we can drag out the Targa and convertible because very few made....thoughts |
They already went up.

Considering there were 5106 Coupes imported to the US and that included all C2/C4 both tip and manual trans cars and that roughly half have been Singer'd, crashed, parted out, modified or no longer exist yes the 964 coupe in C2 form manual is a highly desirable car. Don't forget all 1057 89's were C4's you have even less than one would think out there that are C2's. The majority for sale are pigs with lipstick and need more money to fix than the buy in. We can thank Singer for that as they seem to have set the price at $30k for any coupe running or not so long as it has no accident damage or tub needs which most remaining do by now.
Good coupes with low miles especially the very rare 92-94's in rare colors are bringing 6 figures or close I suspect they will always have a place like the 930 and bring strong money for years to come. We have seen about a 15-20% increase in what I consider good driver coupes since the pandemic began. |
