Seems like Bob was just sponging around and thought he would fair better. Maybe he sold the first guy, and then the second. Two interested buyers are better than one to insure a sale. Problem is, selling two people the same part is impossible unless one has two of the same parts (engines in this case). He chose the latter for whatever reason, then sponged all the hope from the former with a fabricated story. I'm sure he regrets it now. Will he do it again? Probably not on this board, yet one never knows about Sponge Bob after this, unless he fronts up and explains his motives however Spongy. Who knows? He may have a reasonable explanation. .

The only predictable part of that thread is the pretentious putdown from Pmax. The guy had a legitimate gripe and took the time to pass it on to the group, hopefully saving someone else from getting jerked around by Bob, and the only thing Pmax can do is put the guy down and minimize his anger, anger that is legit. Does Pmax just lurk on every forum and wait to act like a jerk? Get a life.
