SCAMMER ALERT!! Please read! ESPO RESTO

Hello All,

I have been on the forum before to alert the Porsche community, but many are still falling vicitm of Laurina Esposito of Espo Resto, John Espositio Porsche Repair and Women in Porsche (WIP).

I am including a link started by the Woman In Porsche. This is an organization created by Laurina, that is stealing and doing fraudulent activity within the Porsche community.

https://rennlist.com/forums/general-porsche-discussions-forum/1279509-alert-women-in-porsche.html

I encourage you all to let the community know, especially those involved with WIP. There are still many women (worldwide) that are paying Laurina with membership fees.

There are countless people that have been effected by Laurina's web of lies/deceit. It is time to put this to an end before more fall victim, and lose money to her.

I am happy to direct any woman that are involved in WIP, to the appropriate parties.

Thank you, Alex @ Restoration Design Inc.

Alert: Women in Porsche & Laurina Esposito

Hallo passionate Porsche friends!
The Women in Porsche organization cancelled a women's retreat around the LA Auto Show in which we were to attend. The founder, Laurina Esposito, of Esposito Restoration in LA still brought 2 cars to display but cancelled the retreat and after many attempts, has not refunded our money. We all paid 4 figures for this event.

Wow, she's a babe!

Sue them--they received a total of $263,000 in PPP loans. It probably just went into their legal defense fund!

Her father must be so proud. She's doing an amazing job following in his footsteps deceiving honest people.

Countless people have sued, won the case and still waiting for collections.
Creditors are first in line with over $2 million in collection. Its a long process...just trying to inform as many people as possible before they fall victim

The usual diversity and inclusion push by MotorTrend with some pretty bad outcomes.

Ironically the writer for that article is still waiting to get paid by Laurina

That’s priceless. Maybe that will be the final straw when the writer uses their pen to go off.

She and her shop were featured in the first episode of “Porsche Road Trip” with host John Polnik in which he totally vouches for her both personally and professionally?

This was brought to light here a few years ago already and many here stood up for the Espositos. This all could have been avoided if those did the right thing and called it for what it was, instead more people got screwed. Great job.

Sorry to hear about the new victims.

As the saying goes, where there’s smoke, there’s fire.

Not surprisingly, the reaction of the "p-car community" is to close ranks whenever one of their "own" gets bad press so there's that.

All allegations appear to be true, I recovered a car from their shop last year through some careful negotiation - the promises to make a refund payment on work never done were thrown out every minute - never a refund payment made, $10s of thousands. Their MO was to tear apart a car completely based on a large deposit then say “ooopps we found more work” then ask for more money. If you didn’t pay more then they would lien sale the car and sell it to someone else and do the same scam again. If you did pay well then you are the classic hit them again mark. . I was prepared, knew what they were up to before I got involved and picked up the car totally disassembled, no suspension, no wheels, engine on the ground and I had to make it clear I was not leaving without the car after they delayed and delayed me. The average customer couldn’t execute such a quick well planned recovery. Smallest credit is they did have an employee help me load it. Owner of the car I took back was Laurina’s best friend - there is no limit to who is a mark.

I also recovered some new inventory from a major supplier who they took to the cleaners, although many expensive parts missing. While in the office waiting for Laurina she was on a conference call with court mediators and a Porsche manufacturer plaintiff I know personally who she took a six figure sum of parts from and never paid. The whole time office door wide open and I could hear every word of both sides and what she said to her attorney after the court and plaintiffs were off the line - a very dumb woman but a very good grifter canabalizing here fathers 45yr reputation for some money and he is going along with it. She still had time every 30 min to post on Instagram how amazing their shop was, then her personal page with selfies, then her little dogs Instagram page. A total piece of work, she is pregnant now, knocked up by one of the painters…. No doubt she will teach the grift to this kid someday unfortunately.

Those filters they use do wonders.
One of the crew showed me pics from our payroll girls posts. Not even the same person.
On-line life persona has turned into a fantasy life for some people.

So meta. Create an avatar of yourself, the camera adds 10 pounds so subtract 20 with filters.

Only filters I know how to use out kitty ears and whiskers on my kids.
