eBay hasn't been the right place to sell a car for a long time. Typically the cars being advertised there are just that - advertised. The seller uses eBay to get attention and sells the car off-line. The bidding prices are meaningless. Some cars are left forever as continuous bait and switch advertising. You can go back months later and the same cars are still there.
