who is the best upholstery shop to fix 1984 Porsche 911 black leather seat?

With smaller tears like that I have had good luck with fibrenew.

Ive had small and moderate size rips, cracks, and tears fixed by them with good results. Not perfect but you can't really tell unless you look really closely.
