Value of a nice running 3.0 Liter AND 915

Just wondering a value on a nice running 3.0 liter big port and well shifting 915. Was told engine was rebuilt at some point (No Documentation beside pictures from a Bring A trailer listing that the engine/transaxle was it) and the transaxle does have LSD.

motor is worth high-teens if head studs, compression and leak down check out. Transmission could be 5k, maximum if all is good.

Figure $28/30k on the package . You said the engine is a recent rebuild and trans has been inspected as well .
