Possible Gray market 928
 
What's the value of a 1981 130k mile 928 that has the Euro package and need paint? It's a 5 speed and the owner thinks it's a gray-market car but it might be just because of the Euro package.

Does the tranny grind? Any history of the waterpump, t belt, clutch ect? How's the interior? I picked my 81 euro up for $4500 1 1/2 years ago and the motor was just rebuilt, and the car had 107k.

I haven't driven it yet and supposedly it's had $5000 worth of maintenance done (with receipts).

Is there such a this as a gray-market 928 or is the owner possibly confused because of the Euro package?
