Just looked at this month's Excellence. Bruce Anderson's article on 911's puts SC values at between $11,000 - $19,000.

It's a wide spread and like any other statistical report it can change with the sample size and what information he has recieved.

There is such a huge range in pricing for different regions. I thought those prices were rather elevated.
