Due to the rarity of this car and the lack of comparables for sale I doubt you will be able to determine an 'average' price.
A 906 will sell for what a particular buyer, on a particular day, for a particular car, is willing to pay. If you are looking at a specific example it would be much easier to get info if you posted details and pics.

You should look online for auction results or call a restoration shop like Gunnar Racing.

In a book from 2003 authored by Shrager? don't have it in front of me but there's a red 930 3/4 view from the rear on the cover and an endorsement by Jerry Seinfled on the inside cover that puts a 906 value at $275 - $375K - and that was in 2003, watching Barrett Jackson on Speed I don't think P-cars have done all that much and thats also not the venue to see a 906 but Hemi Cudas with a shaker hood are fetching that much, so a 906 has to be more.
