What's it worth, 92' America Roadster?

This car is on autotrader and was last on ebay with no bids at opening price of 24k. It's a tip w/ 90k miles. Has a 993 tachometer and worn carpet, rust hole mid way up A pillar passenger side, some service record and some paint work.

The last one on ebay sold for 36k and I drove that one. I think it sold high. It had been repainted and had few service records. Minor over spray, not perfect paint.

What's the deal with this one?
