Why isn't this car selling???

At first glance, this looks like a nice, clean 912. Then I notice that whoever painted it, didn't even bother to take the license plate off to paint under it. I've painted 9 car and this is extremely sloppy work.

Other than that, the fender, hood and door gaps seem fine.

With the current 912 market, why isn't this car selling?

Good question, if it was local I would be interested in it as a project.

Was it advertised anyplace else?

I don't know that 912ers check Pelican very often.

The 912 Registry is growing fast and most of the discussion is on the 912 board. It was too late when this car hit the board.

The seller used to sell cars here in the past and was banned. Now he's back under a different name. I haven't tried to do business with him but from what I understand he's really tough to try and do business with. An eccentric old dude.

He's got large garage full of longhoods.
