'67 911S values...through the roof? $30K for a project car...
I had always heard that the '67 S was not as desirable as the '70-'73 911S due to the short wheelbase and lower power with carburetors.
This ebay auction sold for $30K for a project car, but one which was a perfect base for a full restoration: This sale was legitimate and was discussed here: http://www.ddk-online.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=13809 Was this within reason or completely over the top? Have '67 S cars surpassed the value of the injected ones? What do top '67 S coupes sell for these days? |

I think the SWB cars have surpassed the LWB 911's. in valuation It's seems as market a gone crazy over the early 911's. Now having said all that at the very high end of market all the excellent cars are fetching pretty strong money.
