Value of a 2.4 litre from a '73?

It runs, but no other info is available, so what is a core value for this?

Is it a T E or S engine? Does it have all the MFI components or was it changed over to carbs?

T, It was converted to webers, but they will be sold seperate('cause I may use them myself)
