can you imagine some newbie buying that car, without an inspection, then taking it to a Porsche mechanic for a tune-up 6 months later? The look on the mechanic's face when he pops the decklid and sees that, and the conversation he has with the owner, would be priceless.

CIS solution
 
This is what I asked about two months ago when my P car was dead for 5 weeks due to CIS / WUR issues. I think it is a great low cost alternative to Weber's or PMO's. I wish someone would sell plenum that re-used the CIS intake runners and mounted up a 500 CFM Holley 2 barrel carb.

what a great idea. looks like it should get at least 90 miles per gallon, that is if it can make it ninety miles.
