I suspect it has some serious rust issues if it needs new floor pans. On the other hand the tail looks to be an original Carrera 3.0 tail and is worth some money.

It also appears to be a soft window targa which is also good. Could be a good deal if it isn't too rusty.

I'd say it's worth close to $8,000 unless the paint is crappy.
This one is near me for $5,500 but at least the rust is not hidden and the seller provided a lot of detail about the car. http://raleigh.craigslist.org/car/363262135.html
