Pelican Parts Forums - Where are all the 78, 930's?

I have been looking for a 1978 930 for quite som time now but there are almost none available on the market.
There are 77 and 79 model cars available nearly every day on the US market but very few 78's,

I am following all the web-marketplaces i know of daily (pelican, rennlist, PCA, e-bay, vast, lemmon, cctol, cars.com, hemings, and some dealer websites.) but very few are available.

I understand that the early 930's are rare but there should not be such a difference between adjacent years.

Anyone have a good explanation?

Note: I must have a 1978 due to gov. import tax reasons that offer a major reduction for cars +30 years, car will be exported to europe.
