value of a very clean low miles 84' cab?

Drove a very nice guards red 84' cab today (thanks Mark if you read this )

It has 47,000 miles and is what I would call showroom crisp. Other than some expected rock chips, it runs and looks like the mileage represents. The interior is pretty much perfect. It drives like it just left the showroom.

Recognize that the prices up here in Canada are already a bit inflated....what would you really expect to pay for this kind of quality?

Also, when does the low miles premium start to fade? Do I have until 60,000 miles before the low miles "glow" starts to fade?

Do you really think these cars are going to hold their value or maybe even go up?

Here`s a link to a wide body cab that he had originally listed for 28K and then raised the price to current level. It was listed on e-bay ,but did not sell.That would obviously be the high for you on the one you are looking at,but condition and mileage are close.I would think 22k to 25k would be a buy point.Don`t buy a car for it`s potential increase in value unless you have a crystal ball as to market conditions. http://www.aicauto.com/
