Put me down for one. While you're at it, I could use a pair of early 4-cam engines, a crate of NOS hood lights, and 4 sets of sport seats. I have $200 to spend.

Since there are so few 904's available, I am sure they aren't even listed on pelican. That said, a top condition running/rebuilt 4cam MOTOR alone is about $60-75K. Now add rare, complete (maybe with race history?) chassis = maybe $200K?

Probably a lot more than $200K now.

Current sale price 904 ?
I most recently saw a 904 for sale on Santa Monica Blvd and La Cienega at
Heritage Classics,in Los Angeles with a four cam motor needing rebuild at $450,000.00 Oh ,the date was approximately seven years ago when I went in to get a closer look at a Tangerine'73 RS nut and bolt resto Touring example that at the time was priced at $85,000.00 (which mistakenly I thought a tad high!) They also had Revsons IROC and an RSR out of europe ,pink in color i think, those were already in the 600 range ..couldn't resist asking even if I was dreaming a bit! ![]()

Buyer beware there.

When I bought my 550A, I passed on a 904 for $8000. The Spyder
was so much fun!
