Value of '84 - '86 911 Carrera Rollers?

Hey there folks,

I'm currently thinking about a few different project possibilities which may cause me to end up with an '84 - '86 911 Carrera roller that I'd need to sell.

I know it's tough to place a value on these but please try and help me out.

Case scenario #1:

-'84 - '86 911 Carrera sunroof coupe roller complete minus engine/trans/DME. Oil cooler/lines/tank remain with roller.
-6&7x16 Fuchs in good condition with 205/55 and 225/50 Yoko ES100 tires.
-Fairly new Neatrix suspension bushings with Bilstein HD shocks/struts.
-Any color exterior with a non-black interior.
-125k - 175k miles.
-No obvious signs of accidents or rust. Paint is average to good.

Case scenario #2:

-'84 - '86 911 Carrera targa roller complete minus engine/trans/DME. Oil cooler/lines/tank remain with roller.
-6&7x16 Fuchs in good condition with 205/55 and 225/50 Yoko ES100 tires.
-Original suspension.
-Targa top recently recovered. Targa seal is fair.
-Any color exterior with a non-black interior.
-125k - 175k miles.
-No obvious signs of accidents or rust. Paint is average to good.

Thanks for the help!
