Bastardized rusty 1967 S value

I found a 1967 S locally that has the right vin and engine #'s, has the rear sway bar, 7200 rpm redline tach, etc. so i'm sure it's a real "S", but the car has significant rust in floor boards and frame. Exterior has been made to look like SC with flares, impact bumpers, and short hood. There are several layers of bad paint. The interior needs a lot of work. The engine and tranny seem to be in good working order, no leak down numbers though.

All in all this thing is a basket case, but given that it is a real 67S what do you guys think it is worth as it sits. Thanks

What does a nice '67 S sell for? I figure in SoCal the paint and body would be around 10k or more depending on the amount of rust. Of course I would like German paint used. Inside? another 5k with German material and now on to the other stuff. If you can do most of it yourself then forget my prior writing.
