911 S fuel injection
I am removing a complete working and in good condition fuel injection system from a late 60's 911S. What is a approx value?
Thanks David. |

Wow, no replies in almost a day! Okay, I'll bite.
MY 1969 I assume. If it is a complete system, injection pump, injectors, lines, throttle bodies, stacks, air cleaner assembly, fuel pump, filter, priming system & and the associated little stuff, my guess is that it should bring somewhere from $1500 to $3000 in any rebuildable condition. I have no recent experience, but given that S's are UP in value, and many are lacking their injection systems due to an earlier carb conversion, I'd think the demand should be pretty healthy. I think the going rates for injection pump and injector major service is in the $2000.00 range with Gus these days, and the rebuilding & calibrating the throttle bodies could set one back that much or even more. It's sad to think how many of these systems were lost to us many years ago, as weber kits proliferated.

Value depends on condition.
If it's fully functional and complete, it is worth $4-5k. If it isn't, deduct a few grand. |
