Am I in the neighborhood with my '72?

I posted here a while back and got suggestions of value from low teens to low twenties. Figured I try it at what I've got in it... I know there are a couple of similar cars in our local PCA that were bought for more money than I'm asking. Am I in the ballpark?

Lee,
I think your price is OK but car will only appeal to someone who want to DE or A-X it. If you pulled the roll bar put in regular seats and replaced rear spoiler with stock decklid you would probably open up market a little bit, but all that costs $$.

Let me elaborate a little more. I think market is very strong overseas, here is what I see selling for strong money.
1. Really nice stock cars, particularly S's
2. Well done clones- RSR replicas seem particularly popular in England right now.
You car is kind of a mish-mash of stuff, this is not meant to put your car down. You really never know what something is worth until you try to sell it. If a car doesn't sell that is usually an indication that you are not selling in right place or not priced to current market.
In some markets it can be very difficult to import a modified car (Germany)
Good Luck,
Phil

Yeah... even though it's not the way I would have built it, some how it all seems to work as a package. I think the best market for this car is the local PCA. Those guys have seen it up close, on the track and autocross course. At the last autocross it came in 8th out of >30 cars... .4 second behind a GT3, tied with a 914-6, and ahead of a gaggle of Boxster Ss.

I know someone looking for your exact car. I've sent him an email. Price and configuration are perfect for him.

I'm trying to will him to have interest, but he has his heart set on a rare/vintage color that's not red black or silver.

I see about $6 - 7K in upgrades (not to mention setup time) in your car that make it a great driver for canyons and competition... If I were in the market it'd be a no-brainer.
