69 911 t what should i expect to pay

im looking at a 69 911t coupe. it is a yellow car that has been repainted at some point the origanal color. it runs and drives is a numbers matching car so the owner says. it has some rust on the rear of the fenders that i havent determind if it is in the bodyor just the front fenders. the front suspension area looks good as well as the rear torsion area. rust in the pass rocker floors seem to be good. all glass and interior in usable condition. i can also buy a really rusty low milage 911t with a great interior and working motor and tranny as spares for 2000.00 to help with a driver type restoration on the yellow car.

i think i can get the above car for 5000.00

and a good parts car for 2000.00

i have restored early 911s years ago but have not watched the market.

i really like these early cars.

Seems reasonable. It depends on how much you are willing to take on. If I had the chance to buy both I would. See if the deal can be done for 6K. Keep us posted with some pix.
