WTB a 944 Turbo

How much should I pay for a no rust, mechanically sorted (meaning recent timing belt, rollers, water pump + newer clutch etc.) driver?

Clarification

Wasn't asking about a specific 944 Turbo. Just seeing what the marketplace had to say about the ballpark price for a daily driver. I know there is a range depending on 1000 factors but there has to be an average, doesn't there? Maybe not. If that is the case, please disregard and I'll continue to try to find a good candidate.

3500 for a project if it runs
5000 for a driver with needs
7500 for a nice car
10k for very nice normal turbo 944
15k for a perfect late S turbo 944

Any ideas? Anyone know of a nice one available in the 7500.00 range?

The saga continues...

First one I looked at locally. Seller was claiming 60,000 original miles on a car with a broken odometer. I passed after the PPI estimated 3800.00 to get time time bomb to stop ticking. Found another about three hours away in Austin. Talked to the seller a half-dozen times and corresponded by e-mail for a week. The very day I make arrangements for an out of town PPI he mentions, for the first time, that the title is "on the way". Just venting. I guess you've all been through this, huh? I guess I'm going to have to earn this car.
