Post a photo or two. Many board members are in SoCal and your car might be spotted.

It's a coupe and vin number is 9113101560 Lic 73MNM
I'll get some pics soon.
I don't know how many Viper Green 1973's are out there but it's pretty recognizable. It's in great original condition. Black Fuchs.
I can't imagine it being successfully sold in the US without title and stolen VIN...probably on it's way to Europe!

was it for sale or offered recently? could a potential buyer have really
been a poseur/thief stacking out his mark?

a friend who had his stolen after offering it for sale at the Pomona swap meet
thinks thieves followed him home and took it during the night.

your car is now marked for stolen and I doubt it will get too far.
we all will be on the look out for parts ect...
if there are any marks, modifications, unique attributes, be careful to reveal too much.
If a car or part of a car comes up, you can email the discoverer the special
attributes without broadcasting the details.
good luck

It wasn't recently for sale...the person who stole the car walked up a long steep driveway, got into the car without breaking the window, started the car(very loud), unlocked the wheel, and backed it down and drove away. A neighbor heard the car starting and looked out the window at 5am and saw the car backing down the driveway, stalled and then restarted. The neighbor didn't realize it was being stolen.

I get it. That's how I describe Viper Green to people who haven't seen it: M&M green.

Hard to believe a thief could get far with such an easily spotted car. Shipping overseas isn't easy without paperwork, BTW. Someone would have to have a genuine title and swap VIN plates. More likely the car is (sorry to say) being chopped.
