1st love affair with a car

Not sure why but my brain is spun and I was following a thread and I wondered if I could get a feel for some of you based on this. I read where Mac fell in love with a 64 malibu and for some reason it just struck me as odd as I didn't picture Mac that way.

I'll start out

1970 Grabber Blue Boss 302 complete with a hurst Shifter and the rear window screen/spoiler, etc.

God I loved that car. The cool kid that owned it fell on some hard times and offered to sell it to me for $5K back when I was a senior in high school (1977).

I was nineteen when these came out. Have owned two. The prices on these are coming down.....except for the simple minded dealers who are thinking its still two years ago.
I also am a huge fan of these cars. Install a T5 and you are good to go. If you don't know there is a Boss 302 Registry. Mike

Okay, I'll bite. I have owned several Boss cars and they are by far my favorite Mustang of all time. Here is the very first one that I owned, built and restored back in 1989 utilizing a period correct Trans Am theme. Some of you may have noticed that this car just went on the auction block at BJ last week.
Note the super rare Autolite inline 4 barrel carb ontop of another super rare intake manifold. These items were prototypes for Fords Trans Am program. SCCA immediately outlawed this induction system before Ford even had a chance to run it in competition. Also note the rare factory hood mount Tach. Enjoy...

Mr.gsjohnson, I was wondering how long it would take for you to chime in. Nice work.

First Job pumping Gas. The owner of the station would let me move it around the lot as well as [Praise the lord] wash it. Many a night I went to sleep dreaming of owning that car. This red one looks good but I would go for a stock mag wheel.

Autokraft MKIV. I saw one in the showroom in 1985 when I was still in school with neither pot nor window. I got one in 2005. It was worth the twenty year wait.
