Couple of 87-89 911 Coupes on Autotrader

I had a search set up on autotrader.com for 87-89 911 coupes, and I never stopped my "alert" emails after I found my car. I still enjoy keeping an eye on what's out there. A couple of nice looking coupes have come up for sale in the GA/AL area. This link should work.

Do you think that the asking price of $24K on the 87 model with 125K miles is a bit out of line? It does have the valve guide replacement and recent clutch work, but 125K miles and $24K asking price?

Last fall, there was an 88 for 14.5k in CT that had already had a documented tranny + top end rebuild done. It had under 150k and the work had been done around 125k. Wish I could have bought it.
