What should I ask for these new but unmatched Linea Corse?

I have a new unmatched set of Linea Corse wheels. I would like to sell them but don't know what to ask for them. Any input would be appreciated.

Wtf

Your best be would be to sell them individually as spare wheels to the folks who already have a complete set on the car. You could probably get $275 each that way. As a set, $700?

I was thinking maybe $800 or less for the set. The entire set would need to be completely refinished as I tried to match the silver for my old set and could not. Is the 9" chrome or polished? If it is chromed, it'll cost a little bit to dechrome, then refinish. the bottom 7.5 looks like my old one as I had the centers shot black/cleared and when I sent them back, the center hub peeled a little. How's the runout on those wheels?

Bryan,
I actually don't know what the runouts are as I didn't get a chance to use them at all. I was told from a friend of a friend that they were new and never mounted.
thanks for your input,
Peter

To test the runout, you need to put the wheel on a balancing machine and use a dial gauge to see how out of round they are. Is this friend of a friend associated with subydude/wheeldude? If so, there have been several sets that were returned because of runout issues. They may have checked them and kept the ones with the lowest runout. One my 2 sets, runout ranged from .005 to .050. The majority was in the .025-.040 range.

Do yourself and fellow Pelicans a big favor and check the runout on these wheels before selling them.

I think that is a good idea. I will do that tomorrow.

Had the wheels checked today, ranging from 0.002 to 0.012.
