83 cab top - replace before a sale?
In these economic times I am wondering about something. If I were to ever put my car up for sale (83 cabriolet), do you think it would be better to replace the aged top before the sale or price it accordingly? My top needs to be replaced (cracked rear window and small rip in top).

I think you should replace the top. The car will look a lot better and will warrant more money for you.
I see 911 tops advertised for around $400 on eBay, one of the sellers is in Van Nuys, CA only 6 miles away from me.
