PPI results

PPI results 6/09 77,005 miles:

- Left horn button inop
- front bump stops are worn-out
- a/c is not cold
- rear heater blower motor resistor faulty
- transaxle leaking from shifter shaft seal
- engine chain tensioner housings are leaking
- diagnostic scan reveals idle range misfires that have come and gone. source of misfire is unknown.
fault is currently not present and CEL is off
- suspension wallows slightly more than normal. engine power and performance are good. gearbox notchy due to short shift. clutch take up is normal.

Thanks for your help. I'm just trying to do my due diligence.

Is this your car that you are selling?

Or is this a car that you are looking to buy?

Seems despite $13K spent since you've owned it, there could be several more thousands to be spent to address the items from the PPI (which was now 5 months ago). In fact, I am not sure $13K over 3 years, given the work (ie clutch, muffler, stereo) is necessarily more than average, especially if you are paying a shop to do the work.

In terms of feedback are you looking for suggestions on how to improve the ad? Where to price the car? What to add or leave out? Pictures sell these cars. if I can't see it first, I ain't gonna read about it. Pics of the outside, interior, trunk, engine, underneath etc.

Sorry about the mix-up. This is a 993 that I am interested in buying. I failed to edit out all the pronouns. I'm trying to do my due diligence so I posted here to get feedback from more experienced members of the pcar community.

racer, the $13,000 he has spent and the state of his PPI raises a lot of questions. If nothing else, I'd like to find out how where he spent his $13,000.
