Looks ok to me...decent price for what is needed. Do you have full documentation of the rebuild? If so, make sure you state it. A running, driving 911 for less than $9k will attract buyers eventually, even if it doesn't have the correct engine.
Remember, a project car is tough to sell in a good economy, much harder in a down economy but if you give it some time, a buyer will come along.
