Good luck to those who try to do Business with this guy. I have only met one other person like this character in my now 47 years and guess what, It was him. Try as you may to put together a deal: $100K lots or not. He will end up trying to tell you what you can and cannot buy. In the end, all of his inventory are project cars in varying degrees of decay. Remember guys. when you looked at that first longhood in the 80's and it was rusty! Well that was 20-30 years ago!! Use your imagination. No libelous comments here, just the facts. If you have the patience of a Monk, my bet is you will be hard pressed to make a deal. However, even eccentrics find financial or legal trouble. The sale could be real this time.
