Wyoming collection finally selling

It looks like the Wyoming cars which appeared to rarely sell are finally on the market for real.

With all the false starts, one wonders if this is just another. Anyway, someone picked a bad time in history to turn this stuff into cash.

Road Scholars expressed some interest in buying all these cars a few years back. Maybe it's them.

the story was that the owner posted cars for sale for years. When people went to buy them, he wouldn't sell. The consensus is that the guy was goofy or playing some weird ass game. Or both.

I'm getting some flak from a member via PM's on this subject. I would like to clarify that I only know of this story by what I have read here and on the Early s Registry. I am not reporting any facts from personal experience with this seller. That should be evident by what I have posted.

Perhaps I can convince this person to come out and tell the story from his perspective and set it all straight.
