Also, The person I bought it from "said" it was once owned by Barbi Benton of Playboy fame. How would I be able to find out if this is true??? Please help!

A Carfax will show previous owners? I asked at the DMV & they said they weren't allowed.

Carfax won't provide names of prior owners and won't cover cars older than than 1981. Best bet is to call Barbi.
