'97 993 TT Turbo S value

Something crazy recently happened with a close relative of mine who learned to love Porsches from me.
Somebody please give a ballpark (WAG) on the value of low mileage (24K), silver, new rubber, supposedly sound (2 PPIs performed), '97 993 Turbo S. Thanks a bazillion guys and more to come soon on the regular 911 Tech board, possible roadtrip from FL to CO. Good lord!

Considering the relatively low miles I would have to say that a $65k price wouldn't be out of line. I see them priced much higher but I don't know what they actually sell for.
