Value of 356 coupe needed

I do not know much about 356's But always wanted to have one. Came across one that was a driver quality till about a few weeks ago when an unfortunate event of a small engine fire had damaged the driver side carburetor. The engine is currently out of the car and the owner has lost interest on getting it fix and have decided to sell the whole thing. It is believe to be matching no.s and is only the second owner since he has acquired the Coupe in 1974 with only 1,500 miles. The chassis no. Is 118130 and engine no. Is 607213. Hoping the experts can help shine me on some information on this car which I believe is year 62'. Want to know the common problems of this particular year on what to look for such as rust and etc. I will post pics soon. Thank you in advance.

I checked the database at 356a.com and it looks like that engine is in the correct range of engines that the factory installed in the '62. Good luck!
