which early 912 will be worth more or more desireable?
if you have the choice between a rust bucket 69 no sunroof coupe or a 66 swb car with little or no rust (both 912's) which would you fix up and why? i know the 69 lwb would be my choice but the rust make it a bigger project. the swb cars make kewl 'r' type cars. ive got both and trying to decide now. help me decide,...thanks, mark

'66. Older. Likely a 3-guage car too.. more "356 like" in feel than the lwb (and heavier) later car.

If the cars were in equal rust condition it would be just personal preference, but rust id the deal breaker. Do the 66.

Defo the 66 because it has less rust and is an early swb car so will always be worth more, the lwb and those big ugly fender flares give me the creeps

Worth More = Sunroof/Soft Window Targa
The earlier the better. + 1 on SWB cars. Original Owner selling.
