how much do a pair of 7x16 fuchs go for?
 

I started looking for a pair of 8x16s to put on the back of my 87 Targa and i've found a few locally that are selling 7/8x16 but only as a set.

If I were to sell off the 7s and keep the 8s, how much can I realistically expect to recover?

200-250/wheel depending on condition.

So other's here on this board would be willing to pay $400-$500 for the two?

That might not be too bad. It's hard to find folks that are selling just the 8x16 pair or 9x16 pair without asking for an arm and a leg - and I need both to drive my 911. ;)

I wouldn't count on getting anything for them. Sure, you can sell them for something, but if there's any blemish at all on either wheel you're looking at pathetic money, better to just keep them around in case you need them. That's been out experience anyway.
