...is the big unknown IMHO. When stored properly you should be able to bring her back to life fairly easily. But it could also mean an engine overhaul.
Add to this the repaint, new brakes, etc etc you can easily (I mean really easily) budget a 5-digit amount to make her an acceptable, nice-looking driver.

Car is totally original

What do you mean by engine needs re-seal? Does it run well and just drips oil? Any compression and leak down numbers? Does the transmission shift well, 915 5 speed? What is the mileage? Interior in good shape, door pockets, dash cracks Can you document the serial numbers, COA or original window sticker showing S options, Fuchs? Gas tank interior rust? Pictures will help.

Eng leaks I'll go through it. I'll take the trans apart to clean and refresh 72 K miles. Interior perfect. No coa but judging by cond and current owner it's just the way it left the factory. original fuchs, gas tank was drained there's no rust or crud. owner was in Army in germany when purchased stayed there for 5 years

If it is running and shifting well, I'd say high teens, pictures would help though. I'd do a little poking around the battery boxes and suspension pan though. A lot of times you can't see the rust that's behind the under coating. If the paint isn't too bad maybe low twenties.

IMO, mid-high twenties. Really need to know what the issues are with the paint and confirm it's original paint...
