Value of 964 C4 Targa w/ spun bearing?

I took in a 90 964 C4 targa with a reported spun bearing. The engine was shut off as soon as noise was heard and not been run since.

I'm at a crossroads as to what to do with it. I was going to part it out, but it's not damaged in any structural sense, but it's probably looking at an engine overhaul

Any ideas what this would be worth complete as a project?

It's a 1990 C4 Targa - manual transaxle and is black / black.

Depends on overall condition and mileage. I would price it it from as low as $5-8k if the overall condition is not great or mileage is above 150k to as much as $10-11k for a low mileage (below 70k) perfect condition (besides the obvious need for a rebuild) car.

Finding a buyer for a 964 targa that is not drivable is probably not going to be easy.
