Seeking Information on VIN

Hi Pelicans,
I recently ran across a car: VIN 9118200026
This car has either a well executed turbo body or is a factory turbo car however, there is no boost gauge in the car. The engine and gearbox is out of the car and the engine has a turbo.
So, looking for info to determine whether this is a original turbo car or a 911 that someone intended to do a turbo conversion. Any help appreciated.
