Price Check: 87 Cab, 155K miles

Black/black/black, all original except stereo and speakers.

The Good:
Top is very nice, window is clear and no tears.
Dash and seats all look great.
Carpets are dirty but serviceable.
No smoke
no leaks
shifts nicely
zero rust
Paint looks good

The Bad:
Carfax shows accident in Georgia in 1997, here is what is says:

• Accident reported
• Involving left front impact
• It hit another motor vehicle
• Moderate damage reported

No records
Clutch feels a bit heavy, but not sure about that.

Of course will get a PPI, but trying to figure out if I should do that given the lack of records and collision history. Buyer says he inherited from his dad, no real interest in the keeping car. Asking what seems like a fair price at $15K. Thoughts?
