................go onto ebay and look at Porsche 911 door pockets or look at several of the vendor catalogs for prices that are insane! Panel is no big deal but the two pockets are worth $$$$$$. A new set of four can run as high as 2K. Rough estimate is that the larger pocket with chrome trim is worth at least $300+ and the map pocket (no chrome and a bit rough at least $150.

These are precious and can be fixed or re-covered to finish off the 70's interior.

My 2 cents

Sunroof is correct in that '69-'73 door pockets are fairly valuable. What makes them valuable is the trim & the rubber top piece on the map pockets. The anodized aluminum trim pieces are virtually extinct as are undamaged rubber top pieces. The pockets themselves are easily restored and hinges are available but missing trim is a big issue. Yours are in nice condition however & one plus is that they're the drivers side (usually in worse shape). I'd say 150.00 > for folding pocket & maybe 50.00 for map pocket is fair. Ebay's your best bet.

More expensive that that! I searched for days to get the chrome trim piece just for my drivers side door pocket and it cost me $50.00 from a dismantler. Those in excellent condition demand hundreds while those that are beat are closer to the price mentioned. Imagine if just ten years ago you collected every door pocket you could find off the early 70's cars for pennies, what you would make today with the rise in longhood sales?!

Don't know when you went looking for your trim piece but as I said they're getting extremely hard to find & ridiculously expensive if you do. I actually have the 2 trim pieces he's missing but I wouldn't pay more than 200.00 for both pockets simply because of the damaged rubber top on the map pocket. He's had all 4 pieces up at 225.00 & hasn't had any takers which is a little baffling to me.
