76-77 911 Turbo powertrain?

Experts (and even those with only opinions!),
Does anyone have a guess to the current street value of a running early 911 turbo engine? It is a non-intercooled early turbo engine with the following assumptions:

Good compression and leak down figures.
Un-modified and reasonably clean.
Can hear it run and drive it.

I sold a couple of years ago my 77 euro turbo engine, was running with good comp but had 5 broken studs
I sold it for $5700 including a 8 pin Bosch Cd box.
