"Prototype" 911 on ebay for $16,000,000. Please discuss.

Porsche : 911 Prototype 911 in Porsche | eBay Motors

This ebay auction has hints of psychological disconnect.
Interested to see if anyone can decipher what the hell this guy is talking about.

He even has a website dedicated to it: * * * * * * * * Porsche 911 T P 911 T Prototype 911 Rare Antique* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * *The 901 235 3 - Porsche 911 P 911T Prototype 911 Rare Antique 235 3000 series National Treasure!

Ah! I tried a search, but apparently didn't see it. Thanks.

16.000.000 is way too much. I had thought about it for 15.000.000

I've deciphered what he's saying. He's explaining how he's retarded.

I think that I will make a bid on 20.000.000 - the guy will mess his pants up in pure excitement!

Reminds me of the ramblings on a Dr. Bronner's label...except Dr. Bronner has a viable product:

I fault eBay for taking hundreds of dollars over the 8 years this obviously deluded person has been pushing his double secret prototype '71 T.

Funny how the only guy upset is from Canada...
The 80s & 90s had plenty of people doing this to older Porsches at the time.
I did the same, except it was a 912 that I converted to 911 slant nose.
Damn 80s..
Now everyone is trying to get back to long hood.

Perhaps you're missing the part where that upset Canadian is the lunatic trying to sell this rustic monstrosity. Worlds collide... boom!

TOO RUF 08-05-2014 10:45 PM

That part was sarcasm. I've seen this for years and know what it is.
He's obviously delusional or optimistic.

More than your 912, but less than your 928 "shaggy mobile"! :D
